faulty thermostat peeling wallpaper
check-in was quick and the room was clean.
The room thermostat could not be controlled. It remained at 72-73 degrees. the elevator system was inefficient. i noticed the bathroom door needed replacement because of water damage. The wallpaper was peeling.

great service perfect location old furniture bad smell
I found marty mims very helpful. Her GREAT service will make me book again! The location was perfect it was near many sites.
The furniture felt old. The bathroom looked straight out of the 1970s. There was also a bad smell when I first entered the room! The wait for the lifts was long.

A Heartfelt Stay
fluffy pillows superb cleanliness inviting stay
The room was such a haven after long days. I particularly adored the abundance of fluffy pillows. The cleanliness was superb, every corner seemed cared for. I look forward to more stays.
The hotel got busy at times, a situation I found a little overwhelming.

The breakfast featured fresh bagels with nova scotia lox. Sweet, sliced red onions and capers complemented the bagels perfectly. Staff delivered a grilled cheese sandwich with french fries to my room.

The bed were comfy, offering good rest after travel. The room got ample supply of toiletries, very convenient. A sufficient amount of fluffy pillows.

The hotel has a rare Executive Lounge with a greeter named Sharon. She remembers everyone and is always friendly. The fitness room is large and well maintained, what added much to my hotel experience.

Everything one wants in the city stay close to the hotel's location. There are excellent restaurants, various shops, and Central Park nearby. subway stations are in close proximity to the building.
